This weapon tree is huge... Lots of swords to unlock.

A good old overworld map, with an intrinsic Japanese artstyle. As with everything else in this game.

Slash slash slash. That's what you're REALLY good at.

Those random people walking in the background made me giggle. Even though they do add an extra layer to the game.

Use your 'FAST LIKE THE WIND' move and enemies won't even know what hit 'em.

Not really sure that fighting a presumed ghost is a good idea, but...

Sometimes it's really hard to tell what's going on. But basically, there are enemies, and you gotta defeat them. So just do it.

That's a pretty bold statement for such a little girl.

And whaddya know, it's boss time again. A bit harder than the first one, but still, a pushover.

No, I'm not green with envy.

Use your newfound sword to break the barrier and carry on.

Goodbye, bakemono squadron!

And now it's purple-goo-shooting-frog time!

And now for something completely different... trying out our dude. He does seem stronger, but slower in his attacks.

He can also use his special move to...

...cause a bunch of special effects and extra damage.

Sorry dude, I'm really not kidding around.

No reward though. Could be better.

Our dude is also a curious little bugger.

Breaking your own swords is NEVER a good sign. But hey, we know one of the most famous smiths ever, so we're fine.

That should be pretty telling of what's about to happen...

Oh yeah... well, it won't be enough, that's all I can say.

Just be careful of those giant shurikens and everything will go accordingly. Smack him in the face.
