At the city hall, you fight Big Billy of the Gangreen Gang.

At the bank, you fight Sedusa

At the kindergarten, you fight Princess Morbucks.

The map in story mode goes to more places than in simulation mode.

At Fuzzy&#39;s shack, you fight Fuzzy Lumpkins.

At the junkyard, you fight Ace of the Gangreen Gang.

This unlocks Ace as a playable character in simulation mode.

At Mojo&#39;s observatory, you fight Mojo Jojo.

This then unlocks Mojo as a playable character in simulation mode.
